Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 1987
From early age Dimitri was involved to family business - publishing house
In 2010 Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree start career of independent artist
In 2017 with friends Dimitri organize first and only photography fair Photo Kyiv that create photography scene in Ukraine. Numerous of photography educational programs including color, composition and contemporary photography he share his experience to audience and create a powerful base for young talented wave of young photographers - some of them now established photographers including Alexey Sachov, Ksenia Malafeeva, Julia Wimmerlin, Xenia Petrovska exhibited in galleries, museums, fairs around the world, including Fotografiska and Cetre Pompidou, Paris.After students international success in 2022 Dimitri was nominated to Callahan Excellence Teaching Award
During his artist career Dimitri traveling extensively, he has photographed landscapes from France, Saudi Arabia to California, 3 books were published during period form 2014 to 2023 including most important ''Le Plat Pays''In his artistic projects embodies a synthesis of artistic traits - from the palette of French Impressionism to sweeping bands of color, and the atmospheric qualities of minimalism
Dimitri’s works regularly exhibits at galleries in US and Europe, including institut Fransais in Berlin, Brucle Collection Gallery, Kyiv, ArtEast Gallery Berlin and Susan Spiritus Gallery, California. His works are held in different private and corporate collections including China, Japon, Middle East, Europe and USWith his wife Marina and kids Prokhor and Ksenia immigrated to France in 2022
In 2023 Dimitri decide to return to the origins of his parents business - open his own publishing house, magazine and galllery. Producing high-quality art books and catalogs that document the work of its artists. This publishing initiative is a testament to the gallery's commitment to supporting young and established photographers.Beside of publishing house was launched Form. Gallery focusing on artists that works with authentic visual aesthetics.
Beside established artists gallery represent a emerging photographers Participating in renowned events like Photo Basel, Rencontres d'Arles, AIPAD New York, Miami Scope, Photo London Form. Gallery brings together a curated selection of works that highlight innovative approaches to photography. This participation not only elevates the artists involved but also reinforces the gallery’s dedication to fostering a global dialogue in the art community.
